Out with the old and invoice with the new...


At Dual Energy being smart is much more than just providing free smart meters. In fact we are committed to improving every aspect of our operation, none more so than service delivery.

 

We’ve listened to customer feedback, and understand that your invoice is one of the most important forms of communication you receive from us. So we’ve completely redesigned it to make important information easier to find including service charges, account details and customer help.


There is also a new section for personalised messages, which in coming months will display energy saving advice, product promotions and advice on how to get the best from your service with Dual Energy.

 

Our ability to bill usage has also improved and we can now present a full breakdown of charges, giving you a clearer understanding of what you have spent each month. If you are issued a credit this will also appear on the same invoice, without the need to issue a separate credit note.
