Important Update...


Dual Energy Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We appreciate this is an anxious time and want to reassure you that whilst adhering to government guidelines, our business will continue to operate as usual. This means there will be no interruption to your electricity and/or gas services.

We have activated our Business Continuity Plan and staff in our UK contact centre are working remotely from home. You can still contact us by phone, but to help us manage our response times more efficiently, e-mail is currently the best way to get in touch.

Help with paying bills
If you are worried that you may encounter financial difficulty and therefore have a problem paying your bills, please contact us without delay. We will do everything we can to help and should be able to offer you a reduced payment plan. Please do not cancel your direct debit as you will incur additional charges meaning your costs will increase.

Support from the UK Government
The UK Government has announced a range of measures to support businesses. These include:

12-month business rates holiday for all retail, hospitality and leisure businesses in England
small business grant of £10,000 for all business in receipt of small business rate relief or rural rate relief
grant funding of £25,000 for retail, hospitality and leisure businesses with property with a rateable value between £15,000 and £51,000
Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme offering loans of up to £5 million for SMEs
HMRC Time To Pay Scheme
