Dual Energy customers are provided with a Smart Meter within 4-6 weeks of joining, to allow the finalisation of bills with your current provider. Meter readings will continue as normal until the meter is exchanged.
Your first statement may be estimated if the reading taken falls outside of your billing date and will be based on a reasonable knowledge of your consumption habits. You can however provide us with a meter reading at this time in usual way.
Once your meter is installed, we will receive your readings automatically - saving you time and money.
